✔️ Billing & Payments: All services are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Payments are automatically processed on the same date each month via the payment method on file.
✔️ Late Payments: If a payment is declined or overdue, work may be paused until the balance is settled.
✔️ Custom Projects: Any additional work outside the agreed-upon scope may require an updated quote and approval before proceeding.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
✔️ Subscription Services: Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@queensofecom.com. Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
✔️ Refunds: Due to the time, expertise, and work put into our services, all payments are non-refundable. However, we do offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on coaching services to ensure your satisfaction.
✔️ Termination by Us: We reserve the right to discontinue services for any reason, including non-payment, breach of these terms, or inappropriate behavior towards our team.
3. Client Responsibilities
✔️ Providing Timely Information: Clients agree to provide necessary materials (brand assets, content, access to platforms, etc.) in a timely manner.
✔️ Approval Process: All work will be submitted for client approval before going live. Any delays in feedback may impact project timelines.
✔️ Use of Services: Clients agree to use our services ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
✔️ Custom Work: Branding, website designs, and marketing materials created by Queens of Ecom remain our intellectual property until final payment is received.
✔️ Templates & Resources: Any templates, guides, or strategies provided as part of our services are for client use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
✔️ Client-Provided Materials: Clients are responsible for ensuring any logos, images, or content provided do not infringe on third-party rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
✔️ Queens of Ecom is not liable for lost sales, missed opportunities, or unforeseen circumstances that may impact business performance.
✔️ While we provide expert marketing strategies, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes as business success depends on multiple factors outside our control.
✔️ Clients agree to hold Queens of Ecom harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of our services.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
✔️ Client Data Protection: We respect client confidentiality and will never share personal or business data without consent.
✔️ Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): If required, we are happy to sign an NDA to further protect sensitive business information.
✔️ Marketing Use: We may showcase completed work as part of our portfolio. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please notify us in writing.
